电加热管可以保持恒温吗?

现今电加热元件已经在很多领域广泛运用,包括但并不局限应用于家用电热器具体(例如电灶、电烤箱、电热水器、电饭锅、电煎锅、电熨斗等)、医疗制药业、化工业、食品业、注塑设备、海水电蒸馏装置、橡胶制品模压硫化装置、工业用电炉、电炉箱等领域。

电加热行业的百年发展诞生了海内外许多优秀的电加热元件制造企业。电热元件是在19世纪出现的,当时最早出现的产品大多用于生活用的电热电器。 到了19世纪后期,辛卜森(SIMPSON)先生制造出了世界上第一支电加热管,并取得此产品的专利。

从此电加热管诞生了,直至如今21世纪,海内外都崛起了许多专业研发、生产电加热元件的著名企业。

作为国内电加热管制造生产商之一,这里今天主要就‘电加热管可以保持恒温吗’这个问题我们来说一说。


首先我们通过电加热管的结构图了解到,螺旋形电热丝位居于管内中央,电热丝与金属护套管之间紧密填充具有绝缘导热性填充料,管口有封口材料封实,管端用供接线用的导电引出杆引出。

由此可知电加热管由电热丝通电发热,所以只要电加热管保持在通电状态下,那么电加热管的温度是会持续上升的,所以电加热管自身是不会保持恒温状态的,必须外配温度控制来达到控温以及恒温的功效。

目前主要有两种:小功率控温(30-110°)和大功率温度控制箱。

30-110度可调温控,可直接安装在电加热管上面使用,常用于液体加热。

大功率温控箱适用于各种所需控温场所,通过外置温度传感器连接温控箱,最终保持加热物恒温至所需温度状态。

所以电加热管可以保持恒温,但是指将加热空间或所需加热物保持在恒温状态,并不是电加热管自身可以控制在恒温状态下。

As one of the domestic manufacturers of electric heating tubes, today we mainly talk about the question "can electric heating tubes maintain a constant temperature".

 

 

First of all, we know from the structural drawing of the electric heating tube that the helical heating wire is located in the center of the tube. The heating wire and the metal sheath are closely filled with insulating and heat-conducting filling materials. The tube orifice is sealed with sealing materials.

 

Therefore, as long as the electric heating tube is kept in the state of electrification, the temperature of the electric heating tube will continue to rise. Therefore, the electric heating tube itself will not maintain a constant temperature, so it must be equipped with external temperature control to achieve the effect of temperature control and constant temperature.

 

At present, there are mainly two kinds: low-power temperature control (30-110°) and high-power temperature control box.

 

30-110 degrees adjustable temperature control, can be directly installed on the electric heating tube, often used for liquid heating.

 

The high-power temperature control box is suitable for all kinds of required temperature control places, connected with the temperature control box through the external temperature sensor, and finally keep the heating material constant temperature to the required temperature state.

 

Therefore, the electric heating tube can maintain a constant temperature, but it means to keep the heating space or required heating material in a constant temperature state. It is not the electric heating tube itself that can be controlled in a constant temperature state.
