DYK series power plant ash handling system consists of two parts, heater and electric control systems with air heater. Electric heater heating elements using 0Cr27Al17MO2 high temperature resistance alloy wire, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube for protection tube, crystalline magnesium oxide filler, made after the compression molding process, the service life can be guaranteed. Control of the use of advanced digital temperature controller, IC triggers, such as the combination of high temperature SCR back pressure, regulate, control systems, to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater in the set state.
